At LuckyBloom Jewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of to every piece of jewelry we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We're here to help.

Returns

Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your bag to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are valid within 1 HOUR of ordering.

Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process:
To start a return, please email us at info@luckybloomjewels.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do note that we don't offer free returns. And Returns should be sent back directly to my fulfillment company in Europa.

Refunds

Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@luckybloomjewels.com and we’ll gladly assist you with the exchange process.
